Griffith College Dublin 2nd year Photography Exhibiton

Wild Botanics

Hey all how are you doing?
                        To day it was quite windy when out so the main place near where i live to go for a walk and get out of the wind is The National Botanic Gardens. it was lovely in around the gardens especially because it wasn't only the humans taking shelter there today but also the wild life and i had brought my camera  with me and here is a few of what i got.

These pictures were just half of the pictures i got and i feel i was quite lucky today because you could go into the gardens at other times and get nothing so i hope this has some interest out there please let me know how you feel about them.

During the week i went out to take pictures for college but i found when i got to where i wanted to take pictures i was too early as the pictures i wanted to take were night shots. I got some nice sunsets instead and here they are.

This work is connected to my ongoing love of sunsets but is also what i may do for my final project in college next year but i won't decide that till the autumn.

Concept Work

Hey i am back with more.
              Within the last few hours i went out and started work on a concept photo work for College and here is what i got.

I was amazed i was only out for an hour and i got such cool looking photo's. I wasn't sure what to expect but would you let me know what you think of these pictures and when i finish this work i will show it to the world here and other places.

Hey all,
             in the last post i showed you some of the pictures which i would be entering into the Student Media Awards and today i will show what i actually entered in.

The title i gave to this trio of pictures was Life the reason for that i will leave to you to decide as i believe you might have better ideas than me so let me know.

Smedias 2013

Hey Everyone how are things?

          It has been along time since I posted anything here so starting today I am going to try and post at least once a week if not once a fortnight. Anyway today I would like to talk about a competition I am going to enter and that competition is the Student Media Awards 2013. I plan to go for the Photographer of the Year well that is my hope anyway. So toward that end I would like to show some of the pictures I might be entering.

This is just a selection of what I selected, I still have to pick the 3 which I will be entering in the competition and at least one of the picture in this post will be put into the competition. Any comments regarding these pictures would be much appreciated.

Getting back to posting

I am just letting people know that will be starting to post again on my blog over the next few weeks in a way to restablish some sort of order to my life and i will be creating a website in the next few months when it is up I will leave a link on here and Facebook to it
